Returns are not accepted unless the goods are faulty at time of collection / delivery or become faulty shortly afterwards. To return faulty goods it’s important you first authorise your return by sending an email to returns@wellness-warehouse.co.uk. Once authorised, please send the item back to us please make sure you clearly mark your parcel with your order number, business name, together with the ticket number and authorisation RMA number, then return to:
